Barack Obama Sings "Call Me Maybe" By Carly Rae Jepsen

Humor

For the longest time I wanted to see someone put together a song like this with Obama singing some ridiculous pop song.

Well sure enough someone has been creating these videos for some time now....and DAMN I wish I had found these videos sooner. The YouTube channel BaracksDubs has loads of videos that you just have to watch to believe. (Well not really believe because these videos are cleverly edited and altered)
My favorite video easily is Barack Obama Sings "I'm Sexy and I Know It" check it out!

Anyways here is the video, Enjoy!

These videos remind me of those Coors Light commercials that used to air during football games, and I remember hearing the stat somewhere that it takes 48 hours to match up the actual press conference to fit the dialog for the commercial. With that said... I can only imagine how much work it actually took to create this video. Great work to the guys at BaracksDubs and keep em' coming!

Adrien Brody Plays A Stoner In Upcoming Summer Film "High School" (Movie Trailer)

Humor:

Anyone want to see Adrien Brody as a stoner?? Yes the very talented actor known for his serious roles in films like "The Pianist" has now taken the role as a crazy stoner in what seems to be one of the funniest movies for the upcoming summer. The movie is called "High School" and it is based around two students (a stoner played by Sean Marquette and a MIT accepted student played by Matt Bush) who both are facing a drug test that may expelled them from school. Their method to "pass" the drug test is to sneak drugs into the upcoming school bake-sale. The point is that everyone fails the test and it is revoked. Adrien Brody comes into play as the crazy stoner/drug-dealer that the students plan to visit and steal enough drugs to plant in the school's bake sale. The rest of the movie is your typical Superbad plot...but lets be real, those movies are the best.

This movie was actually completed in 2010 and found its way into the 2010 Sundance Movie Festival, but it is set to hit theaters this summer on June 1st. So for now watch the trailer and start counting down the days until June 1st (to give you all a start....37days)

Steve Love with Funny Drunk Impressions

Humor:

Most of us have at least one friend that can give a half way decent impersonation of some random celebrity. Well after watching this video I am sure most of you will want to have Steve Love as one of your friends.

The background to this video is somewhere where we all have been at 4am in the morning....Drunk, Home, and Hungry. Steve Love (the kid pictured above) and some of his friends come home from a night of pounding beers to relax and "listen to Avicii". As they are sitting around, probably thinking about what toppings they want on their supper-sized pizza, Steve starts rambling off 15 quality celebrity and movie impersonations. I must say this kid has some serious talent (granted he is shitfaced) and I hope that we get to see him one day on the big stage. Maybe he can be the next Frank Caliendo....but funnier and not so dated. Enjoy!

New Timeflies Tuesday (April 10th) "All Night"

Music:

Another week...another incredible Timeflies Tuesday. This week Timeflies goes back to their party themed freestyles where Cal and his incredible flow matches Rez's masterpiece beat. I say this time and time again but I always look forward toward writing posts on these guys each week because they are the truth. Cal is just so talented with coming up with lyrics on the spot and Rez makes the beats every college kid is searching for. So share these guys with all your friends because they seriously deserve the attention.

If you missed last weeks post where they tackle the track "Jetplane"....no worries we covered it. So check it out HERE, and be sure to come back each week for more Timeflies Tuesdays.

What If Facebook Was Created In The 90's?

Humor: Tech:

What if Facebook was invented in the 90's? Based off of this video let us be thankful that Mark Zuckerberg created the website when he did. This video gives me chills, probably because I never used the internet in the early 90's and did not have to put up with such horrific graphics and terrible operating systems. Attributes like this would would never survive in today's culture.

So let me restate my question....What if Facebook was around during the 90's? Would Facebook still be around today or would it have died out due to lack of technology and capabilities. This is interesting to think about, because in our world today social networking sites like Facebook essentially rule our world.

Facebook tells us who is dating who, when someones birthday is coming up, and who is friends with your friends. But it does not stop there, businesses and organizations are are on Facebook, hell even this website has a Facebook Page. Protests, demonstrations and riots can all be organized to fight back against government through Facebook. It is just crazy how far Facebook has come in just a few short years.

Now that I have you thinking about how far and how fast Facebook has come and ruled our lives, do you think that if Facebook was created in the 90's (20 years ago), then the Facebook we use today would be more complex and social than it already is?

Can Facebook get even more personal with social networking? Will we be able to do online banking, Microsoft Word processing, and read magazines on Facebook? That is just scratching the surface of course, who knows what depths Facebook will enter into our lives one day. Maybe one day we will be able to make babies on Facebook (total extreme and completely impossible, but you get the point).

Or do you think one day Facebook will die out and we will find no use for this social networking/media site again.

Tell us what you think in the NEW Facebook comment box below. Also let us know how freaked out you are once you watch the video. And yes it is funny to watch now, but I would never retract back to those standards of internet browsing.

Jimmy Kimmel Gets Parents to Chew Kids Food (Prank)

Humor:

Jimmy Kimmel is a prank instigator at his best. With his latest "Hey, Jimmy Kimmel" prank he got parents to chew up their kid's food and then serve it to them for dinner. Pretty nasty if you ask me. But I guess this just proves that kids will do just about anything their parents tell them to do. How classic are the reactions from these kids?

Mike Stud - "Is It Worth It" (Download and Visuals)

Music:

What a great track. Mike Stud recently released "Is It Worth It", which talks about his fast track to the top of the college rap scene. The visuals that accompany this song are great and gives you a sneak peak of his new found world. I have been following Mike now for close to two years and seeing his improvement I can easily say that he is one of the most talented up and coming rappers.

Check out his Soundcloud to hear all of his amazing tracks. You will not be disappointed. Also be sure to grab the free download bellow. Enjoy!

"Bohemian Rhapsody" - Drunk Guy Under Arrest

Humor:

What an epic Bohemian Rhapsody solo by this drunk guy in the back of a police car. Sign him up for American Idol (From behind the bars Series). Seriously I do not think I could ever sing it this good sober. This had me laughing so hard.

Anyways the initial singing picks up at the 3:30 mark and continues for the majority of the video. Enjoy!

New Timeflies Tuesday "Wild Ones"!

Music:

So I must apologize for missing out on last weeks Timeflies Tuesday for I was on spring break (working manual labor instead of partying in Mexico). And for my lack of a post last week this week you will be seeing two new Timeflies Tuesday videos!

Since we are gaining more followers by the day, to give a quick introduction of the group Timelifes and their Timeflies Tuesdays....the duo made up of musicians Cal and Rez release a track/video every Tuesday night. Rez creates the amazing beats and Cal either freestyles or sings over Rez's beats. I look forward to this day every week and I know you will too once you listen to how talented these guys are. You can check out their previous Timeflies Tuesdays here.

Now without more jibba jabber (you will never hear that phrase again on this site) here are your weekly Timeflies Tuseday starting with the most recent one "Wild Ones" that was just released tonight. Enjoy!

Trunk Club: Never Shop for Clothes Again!

This post is for the guys, but ladies if you feel that your man is lacking in style with his clothing this is something you definitely want to read into.

The Trunk Club is a service that I recently signed up for which delivers clothing to you through mail. Lets say that you are the type of guy that hates to go shopping for clothing, well instead of saying "there's and app for that", in this case the slogan is "there's a service for that".

The Trunk Club sets you up with an expert (through email, phone, or an online account) who will work directly with you to create a profile that matches your personality, profession, and style. This profile is created to help your expert pick out clothing that you will most likely enjoy wearing, and look damn good in too.

Once your expert has the style and clothes picked out for you, they ship a package (a.k.a "Trunk") to your house (office, gym,..etc) consisting of 8 - 10 items (shoes, pants, shirts and blazers) which you are able to try on and see for yourself whether you would like to purchase the clothing.

I feel that this service takes all the stress out of going to a store and finding clothes that match and meet a certain style. Best of all, this process takes place right inside your house, so you never have to worry about roaming around a store like a complete dud. ALL THE WORK IS DONE FOR YOU!

Once you tried on all the clothes in your trunk, you have the option to purchase all the items, some of the items, or none of them. This is such a great feature to the service, because you are not committed to any of the items that are sent to you. If you do not like a shirt or pants simply send it right back with no cost. The shipping (to you, and returns) are absolutely free, and you do not pay for anything until you received your Trunk. In fact, the only cost in this whole process is on the items you choose to keep.

If you like the service so much then you have the option to receive a Trunk on a schedule basis. So say you want to get a new Trunk at the start of each season. Simply let your expert know and they will be sure that your trunk arrives with a new season's worth of clothing.

The clothing is all high-end, casual attire so the prices range with each item. Typically a shirts/dress shirts will cost you $75 - $250, denim $165 - $265, and V-neck sweaters $75 - $225. So this is not a service for the everyday college student. However for those recent grads, this is a nice way to blow that extra income from the full time job you just landed.

Check out the Trunk Club and set up a free account to get started. This is such a useful service that I feel everyone should give it a try.

Again I mentioned that this may be useful for a lady too, well they offer gift certificates that you can get for your man to update his style, so check it out as well ladies.

If you like what you are reading, then show our new website some support and help grow our Facebook Page. Check back soon, we are in the process of a major overhaul so be sure to give us comments or ideas to take in for account. Thank you all for the support!

Love Thy Brother Remixes!

Music:

This track is a great rendition of an amazing track by Daughter. Love Thy Brother has added a nice synth progression that almost turns the original track into something of a party jam. I can see myself working out to this track or even using it as a pre-pre-game track for a night of partying. But who am I to tell you how to listen to this track. The point that I am trying to get across is that this is a great remix that I am sure everyone will truly appreciate.

If you like the Love Thy Brother remix then check out more of their remixes on their Facebook Page, and "Like" page to show your support. Don't forget to grab the free download as well. Enjoy!

Update:

As I write this post, I just saw that Love Thy Brother has also posted another remix that features the track "Radio" by Lana Del Rey. Check it out because I am digging it.

Skrillex - The Mothership Tour Documentary

Music:

Skrillex, who is one of the fan favorites within the dubstep world  just released a 10 minute documentary (Short Film) which follows him and his friends throughout his most recent tour; The Mothership. I don't know about you but I can watch tour documentaries for weeks, probably because I am so fascinated with what goes on behind the scenes before, during, and after a concert.

With Skrillex's documentary you get to see the fun and active life style of Sonny 'Skrillex' Moore. This just makes me want to jump on that tour bus and work for him during his next tour......I WISH! But anyways this is a great video to watch even if you are not a fan of the new genre called dubstep. So enjoy the video and show Skrillex some support, and be sure to keep coming back if you want to see more dubstep. We are revamping our website within the week and excited to show off our new features. So show us some support and give us some ideas/feedback with the upcoming face-lift.

By the way how cool is his stage set, and how the graphics on the screens match Skrillex's movements?

Anyone Feeling Lucky?

Humor: Life:

Well earlier this week we gave you all a classic Fail Compilation, where you see people seriously hurting themselves, and no matter how wrong it is to laugh,... we still do anyways. Well today, to get ourselves ready for Saint Patty's Day, I present to you a post of  people who are just incredibly lucky. These people would not have just got hurt and then it would be funny....no. These people are lucky to be alive. Most of the people in this video are so close to death that they may have saw their lives flash before them.

Before I lose you in this video, Please "Like" our Facebook page. We are in our growth stage and need your support. Don't forget we will be giving out prizes of signed/autographed items once we hit certain increments. Don't Miss Out!

New HTC Phones!

So for those of you who do not know me personally, I am a huge cell phone tech junkie. And I am in love with my HTC Droid Incredible. After using my Incredible for almost 2 years I am now finding that it is time to upgrade and get a new exciting phone. Before getting into the nitty gritty I must say that HTC is by far the best phone manufacture on the market right now (that is just my opinion though) But I love how smartphones today are more adaptive than they once were. You definitely do not get bored with these handheld computers.

Now to the News!

HTC just announced that they will be releasing 3 brand new phones by April, which will all run on Android's new OS Ice Cream Sandwich, and will have Beats Audio standard. Watch below to view each phone.

The phones:

  •

  • One S with a 4.3-inch display, Exclusively for T-Mobile

  • One V with a 3.7-inch display.
