Today is the 15th year anniversary of one of the most influential and greatest MC's of all time, The Notorious B.I.G. Complex magazine released an article earlier today with an interview of the Former Detective who was working on the case. In the interview he explains not only that he knows who shot Biggie, but reveals details to it and explains why it is so complicated and will never be solved. It's a fascinating read and makes the corruption of the PD transparent.
