Well this is pretty cool I just came across this article "What is Causing the Waves in California to Glow?" and thought this was a joke, but apparently their is some Algae Bloom or Red Tide occurring on parts of the coast in California that makes the water glow neon when the "algae" or whatever get stressed. For example when a wave crashes the algae get agitated and glow. This is pretty cool if you ask me, but see for yourself with the two videos below.
